There must be a way for Buc-ee the Beaver and Ohio to coexist. I was excited, in my role as Texas Diplomat (Note from the State of Texas: This is the first we've heard about having a diplomat to Ohio) to introduce Ohioans to beaver-themed waffle irons.

I was recently visiting some family from Ohio. Looking forward to some of the perks of home like authentic local cuisine, naturally, my mom pointed out Ohio had recently celebrated the opening of its first Buc-ee's and suggested the fam head there instead.

This morning, in the interest of journalism, I was called to Far North Fort Worth to cover the opening of the Metroplex' first Buc-ee's.
